iPhone 12 and newer only. That includes every variant — mini, Plus, Pro, Pro Max — and all storage sizes.

We still buy it. Just flag the issues on the form (or tell us when we chat) and we'll quote accordingly. No surprises at the meet.

Usually the same business day. Submissions made overnight get a reply first thing the next morning.

Cash, bank transfer, or PayID — whichever suits you. No cheques, no gift cards, no store credit.

Your place, your work, or somewhere public that suits you. We run Beenleigh, Coomera, Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Robina, Burleigh, Palm Beach and Coolangatta — pick whichever is closest and we will come to you.

Nice to have, not required. We only need the phone itself.
